Chief Editor of “LOGO∑FERA. Nizhny Novgorod Humanitarian Journal” is Natalia O. Avtaeva, Doctor of Sciences in Philology, Head of the Department of Journalism at the Institute of Philology and Journalism, Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod. She graduated from the Philological Faculty of Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod.
Natalia O. Avtaeva’s research interests cover genre system evolution of modern mass media, humanitarian values in the context of contemporary mass media, family issues in mass media, problems and specificity of media image formation and rollout.
Natalia O. Avtaeva’s scientific papers dealing with humanitarian values of contemporary mass media were published in the following journals: “Scientific dialogue”, “Humanitarian Vector”, “Vestnik of Philological Sciences”, “Sign: problematic area of media formation”, “Science and School”, “Vestnik of Voronezh State University”, “Medi@lmanac”, “Scientific Papers of Novgorod University”, “Media-environment”, “Chelyabinsk’s Humanitarian”, “International Scientific and Research Journal” etc.
She is the author of the following monographies: “Family Values in National Media-discourse”, “Family and Parenthood in National Media”.
N. O. Avtaeva’s monography “Family and Parenthood in National Media” became a winner in “Monographies” category of “NAMMI-2024” International Competition of Media Research.
